Ted Hjuz
Edvard Džejms Hjuz (engl. Edward James "Ted" Hughes; 17. avgusta 1930 — 28. oktobra 1998) bio je engleski pesnik i dečji pisac, poznat kao Ted Hjuz. Kritičari su ga ubrajali u najbolje pesnike svoje generacije.[1]

Bio je oženjen britanskom pesnikinjom Silvijom Plat, od 1956. do njene smrti.[2] Ona se ubila 1963. u 30. godini života.
Godine 2008, časopis Tajm je postavio Hjuza na četvrto mesto njihove liste „50 najboljih britanskih pisaca posle 1945“.[3]
Dana 22. marta 2010. je objavljeno da će Hjuz dobiti mesto u Vestminsterskoj opatiji.[4]
