Endi Gil
Endru Džejms Dalrimpel Gil (engl. Andrew James Dalrymple Gill; Mančester, 1. januar 1956 — London, 1. februar 2020) bio je engleski muzičar i muzički producent.[1] Najpoznatiji je kao suosnivač i solo gitarista post-pank grupe Gang of Four.

Grupu Gang of Four su 1976. u Lidsu osnovali Endi Gil (gitara) i Džon King (pevač), dvojica prijatelja koji su u to vreme pohađali Univerzitet Lidsa. Izvornu postavu grupe upotpunjavali su još basista Dejv Alen i bubnjar Hugo Bernam, ali su se u narednim decenijama muzičari na tim pozicijama češće menjali. I King je 2011. napustio Gang of Four, dok je Gil ostao veran ovom sastavu sve do svoje smrti.
Gil je preminuo 1. februara 2020. nakon kratke bolesti respiratornog sistema. U novembru 2019. odsvirao je poslednju turneju s grupom Gang of Four.[2][3][4]
Producentski rad
urediGil je imao ulogu producenta ili koproducenta na mnogim izdanjima, uključujući i sve albume Gang of Four. Između ostalog, producirao je i debi albume sastavima Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Futureheads i Young Knives.[5][6]
