Glukoza-1-fosfat adenililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.27, ADP glukoza pirofosforilaza, glukoza 1-fosfat adenililtransferaza, adenozin difosfat glukoza pirofosforilaza, adenozin difosfoglukoza pirofosforilaza, ADP-glukoza pirofosforilaza, ADP-glukoza sintaza, ADP-glukoza sintetaza, ADPG pirofosforilaza, ADP:alfa-D-glukoza-1-fosfat adenililtransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:alfa-D-glukoza-1-fosfat adenililtransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
