Taurohenodezoksiholat 6α-hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.97, CYP3A4, CYP4A21, taurohenodezoksiholat 6alfa-monooksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom taurohenodezoksiholat,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (6alfa-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450). Za maksimalnu aktivnost je neophodan citohrom b5.
