Albert Arnold „Al” Gor mlađi (engl. Albert Arnold "Al" Gore, Jr.; Vašington, 31. mart 1948) američki je političar. Bio je 45. potpredsednik SAD. Dobitnik je Nobelove nagrade za mir 2007. Kao bivši senator demokrata, bio je osam godina potpredsednik SAD dok je na čelu zemlje bio predsednik Bil Klinton. Učestvovao je u donošenju svih odluka Bele kuće; između ostalog, zagovarao je NATO bombardovanje SR Jugoslavije 1999. Na predsedničkim izborima 2000. bio je kandidat Demokratske stranke za predsednika SAD. Izgubio je od Džordža V. Buša nakon kontroverznog prebrojavanja glasova na Floridi. Dobio je više glasova birača od Buša, ali na kraju je imao manje elektorskih glasova.
Nakon završetka mandata potpredsednika 2001. godine, Gor je ostao istaknut kao autor i aktivista za zaštitu životne sredine, čiji je rad u aktivizmu klimatskih promena doneo (zajedno sa IPCC) Nobelovu nagradu za mir 2007. godine. Gor je osnivač i trenutni predsedavajući Projekta klimatske stvarnosti, saosnivač i predsedavajući Generacionog investicionog menadžmenta, sada već neaktivne Current TV mreže, član upravnog odbora Epl Ink. i viši savetnik Gugla.[1] Gor je takođe partner u kompaniji za rizični kapital Kleiner Perkins, predvodeći njihovu grupu za rešenja klimatskih promena.[2][3] On je bio je gostujući profesor na Državnom univerzitetu Središnji Tenesi, u školi žurnalizma Univerziteta Kolumbija, na Univerzitetu Fisk i na Univerzitetu Kalifornija u Los Anđelesu.[1][4][5][6] On je bio član upravnog odbora Svetskog instituta za resurse.[7]
Gor je pored Nobelove nagrade za mir (zajedničke nagrade sa Međuvladinim odborom za klimatske promene, 2007) dobio Gremi nagradu za najbolji album izgovorene reči (2009) za knjigu Nezgodna istina,[8] Nagradu Emi za udarne termine za Current TV (2007), i Vebi nagradu (2005). Gor je takođe dobio Oskara (2007) za dokumentarni film Nezgodna istina 2006. godine, kao i njegovog nastavka iz 2017. godine Nezgodan nastavak: Istina za moć. Godien 2007, on je proglašen za vicešampiona Tajmove osobe godine 2007.[9] Godine 2008, Gor je osvojio nagradu Dan Dejvid za društvenu odgovornost.[10][11]

urediGor je dobitnik brojnih nagrada, uključujući Nobelovu nagradu za mir (zajedno sa Međuvladinim odborom za klimatske promene) 2007. godine,[12][13][14] Nagradom Emi za udarne termine za Current TV 2007. godine, Vebi nagradom 2005. godine, nagradom Dan Dejvid 2008.[15] i nagradom Princeze od Asturije 2007. za međunarodnu saradnju.[16] U Američko filozofsko društvo izabran je 2008.[17] On je takođe glumio u dokumentarnom filmu Nezgodna istina iz 2006. godine, koji je 2007. godine osvojio Oskarovu nagradu za najbolji dokumentarac, i napisao knjigu Nezgodna istina: planetarna vanredna situacija globalnog zagrevanja i šta možemo učiniti s njom, koja je osvojila Nagradu Gremi za najbolji album izgovorene reči 2009.[8][18]
