Spermin sintaza (EC 2.5.1.22, spermidinska aminopropiltransferaza, sperminska sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozilmetioninamin:spermidin 3-aminopropiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
