Neurotenzinski receptori su GPCR transmembranski receptori koji vezuju neurotransmiter neurotenzin.[1][2] Dva od ovih receptora su kodirana genima NTSR1 i NTSR2, i sadrže sedam transmembranskih heliksa. Treći receptor poseduje jedan transmembranski domen i kodiran je SORT1 genom.
