Binospiron (MDL-73,005-EF) je lek koji deluje kao parcijalni agonist na 5-HT_1A somatodendritiskim autoreceptorima, i kao antagonist na postsinaptičkim 5-HT_1A receptorima.^[1] On ima anksiolitsko dejstvo.^[2]
