New version of GoogleTrans gadget to support ie11

The new version of the GoogleTrans gadget has:

1) New Languages, around 20 of them.

2) support for IE11 (no selection translation for IE11)

3) change from deprecated javascript functions to new object orientated calls around the MW object.

4) a tryout of Romanisation (set SCdoRomanisation=false; to turn this off
